About The Founder
Sam Mahmood built a medical device company at the early age of 25 and by 27 he acquired his first bolt on acquisition which led him to realize acquisition growth is the new oil.
While entrepreneurship became the only path he later became interested in doing more acquisitions and investments in the lower middle market capitalizing on this transfer of wealth from Baby Boomers who have built great businesses.
Today, Sam is the CEO of The Pave, where they are rolling up and buying paving companies in the south west. Sam also serves as the General Partner of a Holding Company called S&P Ventures where they buy service based business, like accounting firms, plumbing companies, digital agencies and much more.
